WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT

ADT/Brinks home security and DeLonghi makers of coffee makers have now taken first place in my Hall of Shame for the worst customer support on the planet.

You have to wonder sometimes how people still have their respective jobs when clearly they are way-under qualified for the position. Regardless the lowest of low quality of consumer interaction (in the kindest of words) with the headphone donned, out-sourced, "Cracker-Jack", live tele-support technicians named Bob, who could give a flying-@^*# about your issue with their miserable corporation; or the woefully under qualified Wal-Mart head cashier with their "scrunchie" wrist band of keys get on a "Hitler" trip over a simple exchange of $25.00 worth of goods - really? - while innocent lives are being taken at schools all over the world and a current administration who's already surpassed the prior administration's deficit spending by billions-plus/ oh don't get me started...

Planet earth is careening out of control because in-part to the extensive unbalance of defective chromosomes in out gene pool.  I guess I got up grumpy this morning! Bah, hum-bug!

  1. Lets not forget about Cadillac & Hummers and what pieces of crap these are. After suffering with two GM products with defective brake rotors, electric door actuators, etc. that just fail after 20 or 30k - that my friends is an open invitation to "Hi-there, come buy a Luxury Toyota... and kiss those American piece of crap cars Adios!"
